TERMS OF SERVICE Cabo Signature Experiences

1. Acceptance of Terms By booking any experience with Cabo Signature Experiences, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from making a reservation.

2. Reservations & Payment All bookings require a 20% deposit to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full before boarding. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance: 100% refund
  • Cancellations made 24 to 71 hours in advance: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: no refund (one-time reschedule offered, subject to availability)
  • Cancellations due to bad weather or unsafe sea conditions: complimentary reschedule to another available date

4. Guest Responsibilities Guests are expected to arrive on time. Delays of more than 30 minutes without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the booking without refund. Guests must follow all safety instructions given by the crew at all times.

5. Minimum Age & Alcohol Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Open bar is available for guests of legal drinking age (18+) only. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service at our discretion.

6. Health & Safety Guests with medical conditions, disabilities, or who are pregnant must inform us prior to booking. We reserve the right to deny boarding if we determine it poses a safety risk.

7. Personal Belongings Cabo Signature Experiences is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during any experience.

8. Photography & Media By participating in our experiences, guests consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional use. Please notify us in advance if you wish to opt out.

9. Modifications Cabo Signature Experiences reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Los Cabos, Baja California Sur.
