CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY Cabo Signature Experiences

Full Refund Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled experience will receive a 100% refund.

50% Refund Cancellations made between 24 and 71 hours before the experience will receive a 50% refund.

No Refund Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience are non-refundable. However, we will offer a one-time reschedule option (subject to availability).

Weather & Force Majeure If the experience is cancelled due to bad weather or unsafe sea conditions, we will reschedule your booking to another available date at no additional cost. If no suitable date is available, a full refund will be issued.

No-Show No-shows are non-refundable.
