Business Information Cabo Signature Experiences is a private luxury experience and yacht charter company operating in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, México.

Limitation of Liability Cabo Signature Experiences shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during any of our experiences. All guests participate at their own risk and are required to follow the safety instructions provided by our crew at all times.

Health & Safety Guests with medical conditions, disabilities, or who are pregnant must notify us prior to booking. We reserve the right to deny boarding if we determine it poses a safety risk.

Alcohol Policy Open bar is included in select experiences. Cabo Signature Experiences reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest who appears intoxicated or is under the legal drinking age.

Photography & Media By participating in our experiences, guests consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in any media, please notify us in advance.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Los Cabos, Baja California Sur.
